Lingering early showers, clouds expected Sunday

SATURDAY: Cloudy with scattered showers overnight. Lows in the low to mid 50s. Wind 10-20 mph through the overnight hours, still gusting to 25 mph.

SUNDAY: Cloudy with drizzle and a few lingering showers early in the morning. Damp with temperatures into the 50s. Drying out after 9-10 am but lingering across the far northern Valley and West Virginia. Still breezy early before dying down throughout the day. Mostly cloudy and cool for the afternoon with temperatures taking a while to rise. Still more clouds and a shower or two in the elevated locations across the north through 2-3pm, mostly cloudy. Mild with highs in the mid to upper 60s. Likely some late day clearing, might give way to a nice sunset. Mostly cloudy overnight with lows in the low to mid 50s.

MONDAY: Mostly cloudy to start and pleasant with temperatures in the 50s. A mix of sun and clouds and warm with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. Likely more clouds during the afternoon and a few more spotty showers developing by evening, mostly after 5pm. Mostly cloudy with a few showers through the evening and temperatures falling through the 60s. Rainfall will be light but spotty and beneficial for the drought. Overnight lows into the low to mid 50s.

TUESDAY: A cool morning with temperatures rising into the 60s and plenty of clouds. Lingering moisture will allow for a few more showers, limited coverage and light during the first half of the day. Partly sunny and mild in the afternoon with highs in the mid to upper 60s. Sunshine might pop another shower or two through late afternoon. A mild and drier evening with temperatures in the 60s and mostly cloudy. Mostly cloudy overnight lows in the low to mid 50s.

WEDNESDAY: A pleasant start with temperatures rising into the 60s and partly cloudy. Watching the potential for a few lingering showers again but will not be a soaker. A mix of sun and clouds for the day and mild with highs in the mid to upper 60s. A mild and comfortable evening with temperatures in the 60s. Lows in the upper 40s to low 50s.

THURSDAY: A comfortable start with temperatures rising into the 60s and a mix of sun and clouds. Partly cloudy for the day and mild with highs in the mid to upper 60s. Partly cloudy overnight with lows in the upper 40s to low 50s.

FRIDAY: A comfortable morning with temperatures into the 50s and partly cloudy. More sunshine for the day with afternoon highs into the mid to upper 60s. A beautiful evening with temperatures into the 60s. Overnight lows into the upper 40s to low 50s.
